Goals
ChainGPT appeared at the peak of the popularity of AI tools, which actively began to be used in everyday life. The project has chosen the efficient practice of conducting IDOs on 5 launchpads at once. We decided to emphasize the practical potential of the project, which will allow us to profit including long-term investors in the project.
ChainGPT project, at the time of our cooperation, was just being launched on the market and our task was, in addition to conducting a successful IDO, also to gather an active community, which would later use the products of the project. To realise this task, we developed a 5-step strategy:

To attract an active audience, we organized an Airdrop in which we gave away allocations to the project. To participate in the contest, one had to subscribe to the project's social media and community, and extra points were accrued for each friend he or she brought to the contest.

To promote ChainGPT in the crypto community, we chose the AIDA model, which presupposed a post-acquaintance of the audience with the brand. This model was optimal for solving the tasks of the brand, as the audience was unfamiliar with the product.

We carefully selected over 47 influencers who were given a four-week timeframe to promote the project and the upcoming IDO. These influencers helped us expand the project's community, resulting in over 133 publications featuring the project.

In community management, we paid special attention to engage the audience in the project and keep them constantly active. The engagement is ensured through maintaining dialogues and moderators' work and through interaction with the audience (AMA, contests, polls, guides).

We split the moderators' work into 3 shifts, providing 24/7 community support. We also compiled onboarding of new moderators for fast productivity.

We held AMAs 2x a month and promoted Airdrop before IDO, helping to build FOMO with the audience.
